Kirby Hill Farm proudly raises and delivers local high quality meats. Our pasture raised beef is processed according to strict USDA regulations and are available for sale at our farm in Pawling, NY.

We also distribute to local retailers throughout the Hudson Valley and only serve Kirby Raised Beef at our private events. Our goal is to produce fresh meat that is grown responsibly and sustainably. Look for Kirby Hill Farm pasture raised pork coming in 2019!
