Nestled in Quaker Hill, a small hamlet northeast of Pawling, NY, Kirby Hill Farm offers a rustic-styled wedding backdrop on a sprawling countryside. Our farm is a unique and beautiful equestrian farm just an hour north of New York City. It offers horse enthusiasts the finest boarding, training & recreational options for nearly every discipline and skill level. The estate is complete with indoor riding arenas, horse barns, paddocks, riding trails, an outdoor event field with observation pavilion and clubhouse.
With over 250 majestic acres, you will find yourself surrounded by beautiful outdoor landscapes, a few breathtaking ceremony sites to choose from, and newly renovated barn overlooking our pristine grounds. From intimate celebrations to large formal occasions, Kirby Hill Farm couples farm elegance and modern celebration in a country setting with many picture-perfect spots to capture your special moments.
The newly built barn represents the beauty and authenticity of the farm. The traditional architecture coupled with modern finishes perfectly blends rustic charm and wedding elegance. Large glass doors overlooking the pristine polo field blends the inside and outdoors so that you and your guests can enjoy the countryside view. Inside the spacious barn you will find vaulted ceilings perfect for stringing twinkling lights transforming the rustic space into a grand occasion.

THE CLUB HOUSE
The Club House at Kirby Hill Farm is a warmly furnished quaint setting with vaulted ceilings and a charming stone fireplace. Perfect for an intimate wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, or wedding shower. The Club House is outfitted with its original barn doors, and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped fields and gardens.

THE PAVILION CEREMONY SITE
The Pavilion sits atop the pristine polo field with views of the farm hills and rolling pastures. You and your guests will be surrounded by the awesome natural beauty of the farm and the view is unmatched.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Will someone be on the property to help me with my special day?
Yes, a representative of the farm will be available. However, you will need a to retain the services of a wedding coordinator, if desired, to help manage the actual wedding and reception.
Is there a bridal suite?
There is no bridal suite, however brides can use The Clubhouse to dress.
Are the ceremony sites included?
Yes. The ceremony sites are included in the rental fee.
Will I be able to take pictures with the horses?
Generally, no interaction with the horses is permitted. However, in some cases it is possible to make arrangements with horse trainers on-site to incorporate horses and/or a polo event in your event.
Are sparklers, fireworks, or sky lanterns permitted?
For the safety of our horses and other animals, sparklers, fireworks, and sky lanterns are not permitted.
What are the guidelines for clean up?
Clients and/or their caterers are responsible for clearing and undressing all tables. This includes collecting and bagging all trash and service items such as cups, bottles, napkins, etc. All the items brought in by the client, including service items and decorations must be either bagged for disposal or loaded and removed at the conclusion of your event. We will pick up any KHF decor that was used. There is a non-refundable $250 clean up fee due at reservation.
Are there restrooms available in the barn?
Yes, The Barn is equipped with spacious separate mobile luxury restrooms.
Is their valet parking?
Valet parking is not included in the rental fee. Clients and/or their planner are responsible for sourcing the staff. Kriby Hill Farm can provide preferred vendors if needed.
Are tables & chairs for the reception in the barn included in the rental fee?
Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee, however clients can choose to rent their own. Linens are not included in the rental fee.
Is The Barn air conditioned or heated?
The Barn is not air conditioned but has large glass moving walls that open to the outdoors. Clients may rent commercial heaters.
What if it rains during my outdoor ceremony?
The client and/or their planner should be prepared to have a plan by either moving into the clubhouse or renting a tent and may incur additional fees. Both The Barn and The Clubhouse are weather proof!
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date, with the balance of the fee due 30 days in advance of the event. The $250 clean up fee will also need to be paid at reservation. Deposits and clean up fee payments are non-refundable. A security deposit of $1,000 is also due at signing and will be refunded after 72 hours of the event.
Under what circumstances will you refund my deposit?
If there is a government shutdown of catering venues then we will refund clients in full. We will not refund under any other circumstances.
What time is the wedding reception expected to end?
Music will need to end at 10:00pm and the wedding reception should end promptly at 11:00pm.
